Luisa Rivas is a financial economist, entrepreneur, business consultant, and Founder & CFO of Florida’s Cotton Clouds. Driven by the belief that America can manufacture again, she brings together finance, technology, and scalable business systems to build a smarter, more competitive future for American industry.
Her mission goes beyond one company: to inspire entrepreneurs to manufacture in America, strengthen domestic industry, and prove that the future can still be designed, built, and manufactured in the United States.

Before stepping into manufacturing, Luisa spent years building hands-on experience in distribution and e-commerce through her family business, where she began working in 2015. That experience gave her firsthand insight into sourcing, supply chains, online retail, product distribution, and the challenges of relying on overseas manufacturing.
In 2023, that experience helped shape a new direction: transitioning from distribution to manufacturing and bringing cosmetic cotton production back to the United States.
Today, as Founder & CFO of Florida’s Cotton Clouds, Luisa combines her experience in distribution and e-commerce with her background in business, economics, finance, and technology to help build and scale a modern manufacturing operation in Miami; connecting financial strategy, automation, systems, and growth.
